Metaverse Software Information Technologies Trade Limited Company, established at Üniversiteler Mahallesi İhsan Doğramacı Boulevard ODTÜ Teknokent İkizler Building K1-4A, Çankaya/Ankara/Türkiye (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), respects and values the privacy of private life. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK”).

With this Website Information Notice, we aim to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data in connection with your visit to the website operated by us at https://www.lagomya.com/ (the “Website”) by website users/members/visitors (the “Data Subject”).

Data Controller

As Metaverse Software Information Technologies Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “Metaverse”), we hereby inform you that your personal data is processed by us in our capacity as the data controller in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other relevant legislation.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

In accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, and for the purposes and legal grounds specified in this Information Notice, your personal data falling within the following categories may be processed: identity data, contact data, financial data, physical premises security data, legal transaction data, customer transaction data, and transaction security data.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Carrying out communication activities
Carrying out storage and archiving activities
Ensuring business continuity
Managing contract processes
Performing necessary activities by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of individuals who are in a business relationship with our Company
Monitoring finance and/or accounting processes, including invoicing, legal affairs follow-up, and planning and execution of corporate communication activities
Managing sales processes of goods and services
Managing logistics activities within the scope of sales processes of goods and services
Carrying out advertising, campaign, and promotion activities
Receiving and evaluating suggestions aimed at improving business processes
Managing customer relationship management processes
Carrying out activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, namely, “a) explicitly stipulated by law”, c) “necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract”, ç) “necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations”, e) “necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right”, and f) “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.

Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred without obtaining explicit consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 8/2(a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

For the collection of fees related to products and services and for carrying out finance and/or accounting activities, personal data may be shared, where necessary, with contracted financial consultancy firms, notaries, enforcement offices, and/or courts.
To fulfill legal obligations arising from applicable legislation, personal data may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations upon request or when required.
For the purpose of monitoring and conducting legal processes, personal data may be shared with our lawyers to the extent necessary within the scope of confidentiality obligations.
Within the scope of sales processes of goods and services, personal data may be shared with contracted logistics companies for the delivery of the contractual goods or services.

Method and Legal Grounds for the Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, through automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically, in order to fulfill the purposes set out in Article 3 of this Notice, including but not limited to:

Sending e-mails, making phone calls, filling out forms available on the Website, and contacting us via social media platforms
Sharing business cards during trade fairs or seminar visits
Filling out or preparing forms/documents/promissory notes by you

Your Rights

As a data subject, pursuant to the applicable legislation, you have the right to:

Request information as to whether your personal data is processed and how it is processed (Article 11(a), (b)), learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with such purpose (Article 11(c)), know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred (Article 11(ç)), request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data (Article 11(d)), request the deletion of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist (Article 7, Article 11(e)), request notification of correction or deletion operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred (Article 11(f)), object to results obtained through analysis exclusively by automated systems (Article 11(g)), request restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 7), request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data (Article 11(ğ)).

The exercise of the above-mentioned rights may be subject to limitations stipulated by law and may only be fulfilled by us under certain conditions (please refer especially to Articles 10 and 13 of the KVKK).

You may submit your requests regarding the above rights by sending an e-mail to kvkk@metaverse.com.tr. Metaverse will conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the relevant documents.
