Users pick an expert, create an appointment and complete a secure payment. At the scheduled time, they meet the expert in a secure video or 3D session, in accordance with remote healthcare regulations and security requirements.
No. To protect user privacy, sessions are not recorded or stored. User privacy is one of the platform's top priorities.
